Well, i am not saying i am emotional.. but i think as raya is coming... been away again...i should be okay... i spent my day cleaning the house, then went to CM for a while just to walk around, went to K Mart, saw Rai and preiti there... and i went to Office Work to get new pen drive as i need spare one for back up... i got the Simpsons one... too bad no Burt Simpsons... got the Homer one instead... and went to Designer direct... ahhaha... i just need some retail therapy i think... well more like window shopping....
Anyhow... cleaned the house and i wanted to do some refinement to my thesis... i am totally blocked.... no idea and i was supposed to do my slide presentation for this wednesday at Glenside... as i lost them when i left my pendrive at uni computer pool... but i didnt have the mood... since it's sunday i reckon maybe i should give myself a break... furthermore raya is coming... maybe the mood and the feeling...
And i tried to compile some Raya songs to be played at my open house next week... and like... i was in tears a bit... i couldn't believe it... i was a bit mushy... hahaha... well... Raya songs always like and hence i avoided songs like "Dendang Perantau" or "Musafir di Aidilfitri" as those songs are sad... my favourite song of all time... must be M.Nasir... "Suatu Hari di Hari Raya" and of course some other classics such as the one by Anuar Zain and Ellina...
And like i think of giving a break to myself... hence, i watched TV... i watched Pangako sa Yo... i always think that the first Pinoy drama that really broke the Asia market... and the song hmmm nice... i was reminiscing back... so i rewatched the drama...
One of the most endearing and very touching drama and very very long! I really enjoyed the cast as well as the storyline. Great acting by all and it proved how Filipino movies can have a certain touch where it hits you right at the heart!!!!!!I am impressed on how they are able to profile all the many ways of how people view other people whether it be by status, gender or race. It was done in a way that I looked forward to watch the next episode again and again.
Keep up the good work on making Filipino movies or drama very enjoyable and adding a cast of good actors and actresses. Kristine and Jericho really have a nice chemistry with each other and it's so touching to see them when they are embraced with one another with their tears.The older generation actors and actresses I applaud them for being so very professional as they make it seem like it is so real. This makes me look forward to go back home and watch more!
I knw it a soap drama! but dont we all like drama! hahaha.... and it made me searched for the song... i have the one by Rey Velera and Vina Morales but what i wanted was the one sang by the lead actors... Jericho and Kristine... and searched online and managed to get it.... finally.... anyhow... i am still trying to figure out how to put songs in here... will figure it out soon... and put video here! ,... oh i think i will retire early tonight as tomorrow is monday and i do hope it wont be slow!! ok ppl... enjoy the lyrics from Pangako Sayo... which translate roughly to "Promise to you".....
